DIGITAL GRAPHICS

    nVIUS Graphics continues to stay on the cutting edge of technology utilizing the latest software, resulting in flawless trapping and imagesetting.  We can receive graphic files via email or our FTP site and work with most common software formats as well as standard prepress software used in the industry.  Prepress can be done at nVIUS or we can be used strictly as a service bureau.  We've built our business on being able to provide a quality product, with a fast turn-around and our plates are usually shipped the day after final artwork approval.


FLEXO PLATE DEPARTMENT

    Our team of expertly trained platemakers are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality printing plates possible.  Our Esko Artwork Systems Spark 4835 is capable of producing plates up to 48" x 35" (1200 x 900 mm).  This HD Flexo technology combines high resolution imaging with advanced screening. The result is a digital flexo plate for superb printing quality and stability.  Our Dupont Digital Cyrel DPR printing plates can hold even the finest reverses open, while printing line work as well as process work.  Our conventional solvent wash plates will have your presses running faster, shortening your turnaround time and increasing your pressroom capabilities.


QUALITY CONTROL

Our BetaFlex Analyzer is a desktop instrument used to analyze dot area, screen ruling, dot size, dot diameter, and more on halftone films, polymer plates, and printed press sheets.  nVIUS Graphics can monitor halftone changes from film or digital plate all the way to press.  The BetaFlex allows our technicians to achieve consistent screen quality control and can provide press and proof verification.
