nVIUS Graphics is seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Production Designer to join our team in Fyffe, Alabama. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and enjoys the technical side of graphic design — especially when it comes to preparing files for print production.
Our company specializes in prepress services and manufactures photopolymer printing plates used in the packaging industry (bags, labels, etc.). You’ll work directly on production artwork, prepping customer files for press, and supporting the creation of accurate, high-quality print plates.

Our company specializes in prepress services and manufactures photopolymer printing plates used in the packaging industry (bags, labels, etc.). You’ll work directly on production artwork, prepping customer files for press, and supporting the creation of accurate, high-quality print plates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and adjust artwork for photopolymer plate production, including layout, trapping, step & repeat, and file prep.
- Collaborate with clients, sales, and production teams to ensure artwork meets print and production requirements.
- Work with software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Esko, and/or Packz.
- Maintain an organized workflow and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure design accuracy before manufacturing.
- Stay up-to-date on production trends and technologies relevant to flexographic printing.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Esko Software and/or Hybrid Software (Packz & Cloudflow).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Flexographic printing, packaging design, or prepress experience preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person!
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
