We’re not a print shop — we support printers with the behind-the-scenes tools they need to produce beautiful, consistent work. We’re looking for a flexible, remote Sales Representative to help expand our reach to other printers and converters.

What You’ll Sell
- Prepress Services: Layout adjustments, color separation, trapping, distortion, step & repeat, and other production artwork prep
- Photopolymer Printing Plates: Custom-made for flexographic printing presses, tailored to the unique needs of each job
- Long-term value: Consistent quality, fast turnaround, and deep industry knowledge
Your Role
- Identify and contact commercial printers, label converters, and packaging producers
- Understand and explain the value of high-quality prepress work and durable, accurate printing plates
- Build and maintain relationships that result in steady, recurring orders
- Coordinate with our internal production team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
- Track sales activity and pipeline in a simple CRM system
Who You Are
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with owners, production managers, or CSR teams in the printing/packaging world
- Motivated to build relationships more than just chase cold leads
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Bonus: Familiarity with flexographic printing, plate-making, or prepress is a strong advantage
Compensation
We offer a clear, performance-based model with significant earning potential:
💵 Base Pay: $500–$800/week for the first 3–6 months (startup support)
💼 Commission:
- 15% of revenue from new clients (first 3 months)
- 5% recurring commission for up to 12 months on retained clients
🎯 Bonuses: - $1,000 for every 3 new clients landed
- $250 bonus for each client that stays active for 6 months
