FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATES
Our plate department is built around efficiency, consistency, and reliability—because what happens here directly impacts performance on press. In 2026, we expanded our capabilities with the addition of a new ESKO 4260 CDI, increasing our production speed and overall capacity. This system works alongside our CRON imager, allowing us to manage production efficiently while maintaining consistent results across every job.
Using a variety of plate materials, we produce digital flexo plates designed to hold fine reverses open while maintaining strong ink transfer and print stability on press. Our solvent wash process supports consistent performance and helps reduce downtime during production.
Plate processing is completed using our Vianord EVO system, ensuring repeatable, dependable results from job to job.
To further improve finishing and workflow, we added a Kongsberg X22 digital cutting table, allowing us to cut plates and materials with greater precision and efficiency. This helps streamline production from imaging to shipping, resulting in faster turnaround and cleaner finished products.
